Our Manager is Yvonne Cromie, she has worked at Little Rays since 2016. Yvonne has Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for children care learning and development, Solihull Foundation course, Incredible years parent trainer and paediatric first aid. Yvonne is also our designated child protection officer.
Christine Hooks

Our deputy manager and preschool leader is Christine Hooks, she has worked at Little Rays since March 2007. Christine has a Level 5 in Childcare, Learning and Development, Level 3 in management, Early Movers certificate, Level 3 special needs, foundation sign language, ACES level 1 and 2, and pediatric first aid. Christine is also our designated child protection officer.
Emma Hannon

Our Deputy Manager Emma Hannon, she has worked at Little Rays since May 2013. Emma has over 13 years’ experience in working with children. Emma is completing her Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for children care learning and development. Emma also has paediatric first aid and is a designated child protection officer.

Lauren Mount is our Deputy Manager and has been a valued member of the Little Rays team since March 2019. She holds a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Children’s Care, Learning and Development and brings strong leadership and expertise to her role. Lauren is Paediatric First Aid trained and serves as a Designated Child Protection Officer, ensuring the highest standards of safeguarding and care for all children.
