Meet the Team

Our Manager is Lesley, she has worked at Little Rays since 2022. Lesley has Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for children care learning and development and paediatric first aid. Lesley is also our designated child protection officer.

Our Deputy Manager is Cherith Nesbitt, she has worked at Little Rays from 2018. Cherith has HNC Level 5 Advanced practice in working with children and families and paediatric first aid. Cherith is also our designated child protection officer.
