Our Area Manager is Ashleigh McCrum, she has worked at Little Rays since 2010. Ashleigh has Level 5 Diploma for Children’s Care Learning and Development, Allergen awareness training, Level 2 Food Hygiene and paediatric first aid. Ashleigh is our designated child protection officer.

Our Nursery Manager is Paige Carley. She has worked at Little Rays since May 2023. Paige holds a First-Class BA Honours Degree in Early Childhood Education and a Level 5 Diploma in Childcare, Learning and Development (management). She is our Designated Child Protection Officer and has completed training in Paediatric First Aid, Allergy awareness, Solihull approach, help kids talk and Supporting children’s social and emotional development.
