Our Area Manager is Ashleigh McCrum, she has worked at Little Rays since 2010. Ashleigh has Level 5 Diploma for Children’s Care Learning and Development, Allergen awareness training, Level 2 Food Hygiene and paediatric first aid. Ashleigh is our designated child protection officer.

Our Nursery Manager is Danielle Brown. She has worked at Little Rays from 2006. Danielle has Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for children’s care learning and development and has completed training in Paediatric First Aid and Allergy awareness. She is also our Designated Child Protection Officer.

Our Deputy Manager is Emily Thompson. Emily holds a Level 5 HND in Advanced Practice in Work with Children and Families and a BA (Hons) in Early Childhood. She is Paediatric First Aid trained and has completed Allergy Awareness training.
