Job Description:
Little Rays Moira are looking for a fun, enthusiastic, and highly motivated individual to join our expanding team in our busy day nursery, afterschool’s and preschool. Hours of work will be 35 hours per week.
The candidate will be expected to:
Contribute to providing a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment for all children and their parents.
Follow and implement all Nursery policies and procedures.
To be an allocated Keyworker for a group of children and have responsibilities to contribute to their on-going developmental needs and assessments. This will include inputting observations onto our My Nursery Pal system and liaise with external agencies and parents/carers.
To input into the planning and provision of stimulating and developmentally appropriate activities including preparation of resources and Nursery areas.
To work flexibly and cooperatively as part of a team.
To be professional and a positive role model to the children, staff and parents within the setting and to represent Little Rays Day nursery in a positive manner at all times.
To respect and value all colleagues, children and parents whilst encouraging and complimenting our positive and diverse working environment.
